Inspired by her roots on the North Coast, we created a brand and website that felt calmer, more personal and far more credible than the typical “Instagram travel agent” experience.
Jessica came to us wanting to stand out in a space where many independent online travel agents end up looking interchangeable. We created a full brand identity, positioning and website designed to feel credible, personal and genuinely premium — without losing the warmth that made the business work in the first place.
The name North Coast Travel came from the owner’s connection to the coastline she grew up around — somewhere associated with big landscapes and that feeling of finally switching off. We used that as the foundation for the entire brand. Less “salesy travel rep”, more calm, knowledgeable recommendation from someone who actually gets what people are looking for when they go away.
One of the biggest challenges was perception. Independent online travel agents can sometimes feel generic or difficult to trust. So instead of leaning into polished influencer aesthetics, we positioned North Coast Travel as something more grounded, personal and considered.
We created a softer, more editorial visual identity, developed messaging focused on expertise and experience over hard selling, and designed a website that felt clear, elevated and easy to navigate. The end result gave the business a much stronger sense of legitimacy online — helping turn social media traffic and word-of-mouth recommendations into actual enquiries and bookings.
